This cat tail is taunting me
There is a cat tail in old town, and no matter how hard I try I cant get it. I have tried all possible ways to get into the water but I cant. I have also seen other people trying to get it, and they cant either. Maybe KI blocked it off because of that glitch with the grate. IDK
